When posting please provide us the the error details:
  • What version of MySqlBackupFTP are you using?
  • If you have a job execution error, send us "MySqlBF_Log". Click the "Log" button on the toolbar to open it.
  • If you have a scheduling error, please send us the records from Windows Event Log related to "MySqlBF" or "MySqlBF Service".
  • If there is an FTP error, please turn on "Write FTP session to log" on "FTP Settings" windows, run the job again and send us the log file.
  • If you are sending us the .mjobx file - delete all password-related data or send it's content via private message (look for PM button).
